Barcelona restaurant price range

barcelona-restaurants-3Like everywhere else, food choices may vary based on price. Serving may be as cheap as under €10 a meal or at over €80 per pax in trendy food places like La Ribera. Prices may be raised year after year but Barcelonian food priced under €20 a head is a good deal for a good meal.

Convenient as it would seem, restaurants on Las Ramblas and those at the most right around the Cathedral are not the best spots to dine in. You would probably prefer sightseeing around the Gothic Quarter to the east of Las Ramblas or El Raval to the west than take a chance on second rate menus. The more posh restaurants are found in Eixample, but you skip past it north to Gràcia, you’ll find all those tranquil mid-range spots with less tourist crowd.
